Order Processing

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched after confirmation.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping/tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Across India

We currently deliver our products across India through reliable courier and delivery partners.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take additional time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Replacement Policy

Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases covered by this policy.

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will review it and provide an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, leaking or tampered with, please take clear photographs of:

• The outer shipping package
• The product packaging
• The damaged or leaking product
• The shipping label/order details

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the product received.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Shipping and Exchange

For domestic orders, we deliver the products within 2-7 working days from date of dispatch depending on location.

For international orders, we deliver the products within 10-12 days from date of dispatch depending on geography.

We do not have an exchange policy for any of our products.
